Christmas is almost here!

Okay, so I'm starting to get into pre-holiday stress mode, even though I told Wes I wouldn't stress out. Last night we set up the tables for the food, set up ample seating and places for people to eat, but looks like there are at LEAST 20 people attending now, so we'll see how it goes!
Good news is that we have more than enough food!
The menu is as follows:

*Ham (of course! Christmas staple)

Considering our oven is miniature size, THIS is sure to be a Christmas Miracle.
Thank GOD for my husband. He has been so supportive, but did mention that as soon as I freak out, he's getting in the car and driving as far away as possible. Haha for his sake and mine, i'm doing everything possible to REMAIN CALM.

When all else fails, at least we're stocked up on wine!
Can't wait to see how it all turns out. I'll be sure to post photos and/or video of the dinner!

First post

So I finally decided to join the hooplah and get a blog.

SO here I am. I feel like I should have done this when I first got to Sicily, but better late than never!
